Lucrative Property Management from Students

When I first started to get into real estate, someone recommended that I get into the property management business, but I didn’t do it because I thought it would be too much for me to handle. Instead I just focused on what I knew at the time and made some money off of that. I didn’t realize that I was leaving so much money on the table by not doing property management when I had the chance, and it wasn’y even as much of a burden as I originally thought it was. All I had to do was just do a little reading on a few websites for an idea of how to make a good plan.

Once I learned a little about what it takes to make a good plan for property management, I started to shift my focus from selling property to turning them into rental properties that could be used by a single person or multiple people. My intention was to hit the market of college students. Continue reading
