The google deindexing agent justin w said that during july end, august end 2017 the websites, especially wordpress blogs will be deindexed
As a preview, they have attacked webhosting in July 2017 first week, so instead of restoring the wordpress blogs, they are converted into static websites which are not likely to be deindexed
